Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To request a return or exchange, please contact us through our Contact page within 7 days of receiving your order. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Custom or personalized items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Because many of our pieces are handmade, slight variations in shape, glaze, texture, or color are part of their character and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

For returns or exchanges requested for personal reasons, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return or replacement shipping costs.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
