• All orders are processed and shipped Monday to Friday, excluding National Holidays.

• Please allow us 1–2 business days to carefully prepare and ship your order.

• Orders are typically delivered to the destination country within 7 to 10 days after dispatch. Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local carrier processing.

• All orders are shipped with reliable carriers such as FedEx, YunExpress, or Canada Post, depending on your location and order details. For most shipments, your parcel will be handled door-to-door by our carrier partners. In some cases, your order may be handed over to your local postal service for final delivery once it clears customs (for example, USPS, China Post, Royal Mail, etc.).

• For the most accurate and up-to-date tracking information, we recommend checking your parcel’s status on both the original carrier’s website and your local postal service’s tracking page once it enters your country.

• Note that international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you. You will be contacted by your local shipping carrier, or FedEx directly if there are any duties or fees that require payment; however, we advise that you follow the tracking information closely in case there are any updates regarding customs clearance.

• For added peace of mind, we offer shipping insurance through Captain Insurance.
• If you choose to add insurance at checkout, your order will be protected against loss or damage during transit.
• If you prefer not to purchase insurance, please be aware that your shipment will not be covered, and we may not be able to assist with issues that arise during shipping. We encourage you to consider this option for extra reassurance.

We want you to love your new pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or there was a mistake with your order.
• Custom or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
